Sounds Like Reign

Sounds Like Reign is a Christian musical duo created by husband and wife Brackin and Lindsay Kirkland to share their faith and values through music. Brackin Kirkland serves as multi-instrumentalist, composer, and sound engineer, while Lindsay Kirkland provides vocals that help shape the duo’s acoustic, grounded sound. The couple is based in North Carolina, where they also raise their seven children.

The duo describes their work as a “sonic exploration of faith in God,” combining hymns with contemporary worship songs. The name Sounds Like Reign refers to the “sounds of the reign of God in our hearts,” reflecting their desire to create music that points listeners toward God’s presence.

Sounds Like Reign has released several albums, including the Her Heart Sings series, Arise My Soul, Shepherd Songs, King Jesus, Endless Praise, Silo Sessions, Living Room Sessions, and Joy Comes in the Mourning. Beyond their recorded music, the Kirklands produce a family vlog titled Tiny Notes From Home, offering a personal look at their life and ministry.
