About Seth Condrey
Seth Brandon Condrey was born on November 24, 1983, in Greenville, South Carolina. He is a bilingual singer, songwriter, and guitarist who records music in both English and Spanish. He attended North Greenville University and later spent a year in Argentina attending Bible school, an experience that shaped his bilingual ministry.
Condrey served as a worship leader and songwriter at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, and is currently a worship pastor at a church in San Francisco, California. He is married to Jessica Condrey, and they have three children.
His discography includes Spanish-language albums such as De Corazon a Corazon (2007), Mi Vida Entera (2008), and the live recording En Vivo (2012), as well as English-language projects like More Than I See (2009), Keeps on Changing (2013), and Worship Sessions Vol. 1 (2014). At the 39th GMA Dove Awards, De Corazon a Corazon won the Dove Award for Spanish Language Album of the Year.
Condrey was a member of and a primary songwriter for North Point Worship, and he provided the lead vocals for the group’s song “Death Was Arrested.” In 2025, he released the EP Ágape.
