Semah

Semah G. Weifur is a Liberian gospel singer who performs worship-themed music. Born blind, he spent time in the care of the Christian Association of the Blind (CAB) in Monrovia, Liberia.

His music career took a significant turn after meeting Nigerian musician Flavour in 2017. Flavour adopted Semah as his son, and Semah’s debut collaboration, the song “Most High,” was released later that year. The partnership continued with several more collaborative songs, including “No One Like You,” “Unchangeable,” “Power and Glory,” “Vindicate,” “All We Need,” and “Mercy.”

These songs were gathered on the EP Divine, a project Semah recorded with Flavour. Through this body of work, Semah has become known for his gospel and worship music, drawing attention to his story and his voice.
