About Rhett Walker
Rhett Walker is an American Christian singer-songwriter and musician from South Carolina. Raised as a preacher’s kid, he moved to Nashville and formed the Rhett Walker Band in 2011. The band released two studio albums, Come to the River (2012) and Here’s to the Ones (2014). The song “When Mercy Found Me” earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Song in 2012. Walker is also a three-time GMA Dove Award nominee.
As a solo artist, Walker released the album Good to Me in 2020. His catalog includes singles such as “Believer,” “Gospel Song,” “Man on the Middle Cross,” and “All Joy No Stress.” He has appeared multiple times on the Grand Ole Opry.
In addition to his music career, Walker hosts a podcast titled “Front Porch Gospel.”
