Oncemore Six

Oncemore Six is a South African gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader whose music centers on prayer and congregational worship. Born in Bethal, Mpumalanga, he is the son of a pastor and began leading worship at his father’s church at age 14.

Before launching his solo career, Oncemore Six worked as a background vocalist for several prominent South African gospel artists, including Dr. Tumi, Solly Mahlangu, Takie Ndou, and Tebs David. He stepped into the spotlight in 2021 with his debut single, “Ngeke Ng’suke Kuwe.” The following year, on August 27, 2022, he recorded his first live album, Jesus and the Church, featuring a choir of over 1,000 voices.

He continued to release new music, including the single “Here On Our Knees” (2023), the EP Umhlatshelo (The Sacrifice) (2023), and the singles “Ohlonishwayo” (2024), “Umkhuleko We Bandla” (2025), “Ebenezer” (2025), and “Well Done” (2025). In 2024, he launched a collective worship project called Remnant, which brought together choirs from 18 different churches. Oncemore Six has also performed at major South African gospel events such as the Crown Gospel Music Awards. His work earned him a nomination for Best Africa Gospel Artiste: Diaspora at the 2025 Praise Achievement Awards.
