Nothando Hlophe

Nothando Hlophe is a gospel singer and worship artist whose music is rooted in her Christian faith. She was born on 4 November 1989 in Manzini, Eswatini, and began singing in Sunday school at Lobamba Christian Fellowship Church. In 2008, she participated in the Gospel Challenge, placing seventh out of 400 contestants. She later became a member of the gospel and worship group Women in Praise.

Hlophe released her debut solo album, Impilo Yami, in 2016. Her catalog includes songs such as "Khulula Ugcobo," "Sekukaningi," the single "Yebo," and "Sithumela Wena." She also released the album Live at Soweto Theatre in 2019. At the 3rd Annual MTN SWAMA Awards in 2019, she won Female Artist of the Year, Best Gospel Artist, and Song of the Year for "Yebo."

In addition to her music career, Hlophe is a member of the Swazi royal family, holding the title Inkhosikati LaHlophe. She took a hiatus from her music between 2019 and 2022 but returned to performing in 2022, including a performance at The Great Revival in Mbabane.
