About MOG Music
MOG Music is the stage name of Nana Yaw Boakye-Yiadom, a Ghanaian contemporary gospel singer, songwriter, and pastor. Born on May 14, 1985, in Ghana, he began his music career at the age of 14. He later served as a worship leader at Royalhouse Chapel International and was a member of the Harbour City Mass Choir, experiences that shaped his ministry and musical direction.
In 2016, MOG Music released the album “New Wine.” His catalog includes songs such as “Be Lifted,” “God of Miracles,” “Elohim,” “Redeemed,” and “Awesome God.” In 2024, he released the EP “Fire of the Holy Ghost.”
His work has earned recognition at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, where he won Male Vocalist of the Year in 2020 and 2021, as well as Producer of the Year in 2020. MOG Music is married to Emelda Boakye-Yiadom.
