About Matthew Parker
Matthew Parker is a contemporary Christian music singer, songwriter, and producer known for his work in the Christian electronic dance music (CEDM) and pop genres. Born Matthew Henry Parker on March 9, 1994, in Jonesville, Michigan, he began experimenting with music at age twelve using GarageBand. Over time, Parker developed his skills to the point where he often serves as his own audio and mastering engineer.
Parker released his debut album, Meet Your Maker, independently in 2013. The following year he signed with Dröm Records, a label under the Dream Label Group, to release his album Shadowlands. He continued to build his catalog with the albums Adventure (2016), Daydreamer (2018), and Dragonfly (2021). He has also released music under several monikers, including Twilight Meadow, Huckleberry Blue, and Patthew Marker. In 2021, he launched a musical group called Young Pop Renegades.
Several of Parker’s singles have charted well. Three of his songs—"Adventure," "Never Giving Up On You," and "I Won't Look Back"—each reached the top five on the Billboard Christian Hot AC / CHR chart. Additional singles in his catalog include "I'll Remember This" (2017) and "Miracles" (2018).
