Martin Pk

Martin PK (born Martin Phike) is a South African gospel singer, songwriter, actor, and entrepreneur. He was born on June 3, 1982, in Gugulethu, Western Cape, South Africa. His music career began in 2004 when he became a member of the boy band Ghetto Lingo, a group formed through the Coca-Cola Popstars competition.

In 2006, Martin PK transitioned from secular pop to gospel music. He is a member of Christ Embassy’s LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. His debut album, Man On A Mission, was released in 2011.

Alongside his music work, Martin PK has served as a television presenter for shows including Bibo and Popstars. His song catalog includes “Beautiful Jesus,” “Superman,” “My Bokke,” “Biggest Name,” “Sound of Victory,” “My Offering,” “Holy Spirit,” and “Nothing Is Impossible.” In 2017, “Beautiful Jesus” won Song of the Year at the LIMA Awards. He also won Best Foreign Artist at the 2012 EnSound Gospel Music Awards.
