Lizi Bailey

Lizi Bailey is a singer, songwriter, and worship leader based in the United States. She grew up in rural Georgia in a large family with eight siblings. Her mother was a classical pianist, and from childhood Bailey studied classical piano and violin.

Bailey has been involved in vocational Christian ministry for 20 years. She also works as a Christian counselor and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Liberty University. She is married to Matthew, and they have five children.

Bailey learned to play guitar as an adult to expand her songwriting options. She was the winner of the 2019 HoustonLive.tv competition. Her recorded songs include “Because of Love,” “Remember,” “Mind Made Up,” “You Are Alive,” and “Start Over.” She has collaborated with Faithbridge Worship on “At the Cross,” with Jimmy Needham on “Stay,” and with North Point Music and Eddie Kirkland on “Beautiful Things.”
