About Kerrie Roberts
Kerrie Roberts is a contemporary Christian singer, songwriter, and worship leader. Born on November 14, 1985, and raised in Florida, she grew up as the daughter of a pastor and a church choir director. She began performing music at age five in her mother's church choir, an early introduction to the faith community that would shape her artistry.
Roberts went on to earn a degree in studio music and jazz vocal from the University of Miami. In 2001, she was a top 10 finalist on the U.S. television competition PopStars before withdrawing from the show. Her path eventually led to a recording career built on themes of faith, empowerment, and encouragement.
Her debut self-titled album, Kerrie Roberts, was released on Reunion Records in 2010 and peaked at No. 27 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart. The album’s lead single, “No Matter What,” reached No. 9 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart. She has since released additional studio albums, including Time for the Show (2013) and Boundless (2017).
Among Roberts’s songs are “Outcast,” “Take You Away,” “Rescue Me (How the Story Ends),” “What Are You Afraid Of,” “Keeping Angels Busy,” “Beautiful to Me,” and “Finally Home.” She has also received GMA Dove Award nominations for her work.
