About Justin Rizzo
Justin Rizzo is a worship leader, songwriter, and filmmaker based in the Midwest, USA. He was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, where his parents served as pastors and worship leaders. He began leading worship at his local church at the age of twelve, setting the stage for a life devoted to Christian music and ministry.
In 2004, Rizzo joined the staff at the International House of Prayer (IHOP) in Kansas City, Missouri, where he served for fifteen years. During his time at IHOP, he developed a reputation as a worship leader and songwriter, releasing projects that include the album Love So Fierce, the EP Paid It All, and the EPs Worship & Adore and All Glory And Honor (Live). His song catalog includes “We Lift You Up,” “Love Won’t Stop,” and “See His Love,” as well as the single “Victory Is Yours” featuring Jaye Thomas.
Beyond his music, Rizzo is the founder of Firelight Creative, a production company that creates musical films and stage shows. He also provides coaching and training for worship leaders through the Worship Leader Academy. Rizzo is married to his wife, Naomi, and they have two children. His work continues to reflect the blend of worship and creative arts that has marked his career.
