JustHlo Mohlala

Hloni “JustHlo” Mohlala is a South African singer and songwriter. She is a self-taught professional session-recording vocalist who has provided backing vocals for a range of notable South African artists, including Benjamin Dube, Zahara, and Brenda Mtambo.

Mohlala describes her musical sound as “Afri-Neo-Soul.” She released a debut album titled SourjournCanvas and appeared on the Mzansi Magic television program Gospel Alive.

As a featured artist with Benjamin Dube, she contributed to the songs “God Lives” and “Freedom.” Her work as a session vocalist and her own releases have established her presence in the South African gospel and contemporary music landscape.
