About JUDAH.

JUDAH. is the solo project of singer and composer Judah Akers, who is best known as the frontman of the alt-folk band Judah & The Lion. With JUDAH., Akers shifts his focus to Christian indie rock and praise and worship music, creating a body of work that explores personal journeys, faith, and emotional reflection.

In 2021, Akers released his debut EP, 7, which was noted as an emotional meditation on mortality. That same year, he followed with the album 3 + 7, continuing the project’s introspective and worshipful direction. The music of JUDAH. offers listeners a space for honest spiritual contemplation, blending Akers' folk-rock roots with a more direct Christian worship sensibility.

Several songs from the JUDAH. catalog highlight this collaborative and worshipful spirit. “Hallelujah’s Song (Psalm 103)” features Caleb Chapman.
