Jordan Feliz is a contemporary Christian music artist known for his blend of folk rock, soul, and Christian pop, a sound that has connected with listeners since his solo career began in 2015.
Born Jordan Alexander Feliz on March 15, 1989, in Clovis, California, he graduated from Buchanan High School in 2007. Before stepping out on his own, Feliz was the lead vocalist for the band A Current Affair. He later moved to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2012 to pursue songwriting, and his solo career took off with the release of his debut EP, Beloved, in 2015. Prior to music, he worked as an automobile valet.
Feliz’s breakthrough came with the single “The River,” which reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Christian Airplay chart. That song became the title track of his first full album, The River. In 2016, he won the GMA Dove Award for New Artist of the Year. His follow-up album, Future, also topped the charts, reaching No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Christian Albums chart in 2018. Additional singles such as “Never Too Far Gone” have likewise hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot AC/CHR chart. His catalog also includes the albums Say It and Everything Good, as well as the single “Glorify.”
Feliz is married to his high school sweetheart, Jamie, and they have children.
