Ivlyn Mutua

Ivlyn Mutua is a Kenyan gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader. She was born Everlyne Ndunge Mutua and grew up in Machakos County, Kenya. Her career has been primarily associated with gospel music, and she has become known for her work in reggae and ragga musical styles.

In 2019, Mutua briefly transitioned to secular music but later returned to the gospel industry. She stated that she had submitted to mentorship and was restored to her faith, marking a clear return to her worship-centered roots.

Mutua’s catalog includes the songs “Power,” “Hiding Place,” “Sham Sham,” “Missing You,” and “Great One,” a collaboration with Minister PK. She also released an album titled “12 Beats of Christmas.” In 2015, she received a Groove Award nomination for the song “Delilah.”
