Ghost Ship Music

Ghost Ship Music is an Americana folk band with a church-centered focus, formed in Seattle, Washington, in 2008. The group was founded by Georgia native Cam Huxford and served as worship leaders at Mars Hill Church in Seattle. In addition to their worship leadership, the band helped plant a church in Seattle’s University District called Cross & Crown.

The band’s musical style incorporates acoustic-based instrumentation, including banjo, fiddle, and steel guitar. Their stated mission is to lead worship and write music that points to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Current or former members include Cam Huxford, Shay Carlucci, Jamison Dewlen, Chae Choi, Doug Finefrock, Tyler Edwards, and Mikaela Edwards.

Ghost Ship Music’s recorded catalog includes the EP A River With No End (2011) and the albums The Good King (2013), Costly (2015), and To The End (2019). Among their songs are “Adoption” and “Where Were You.” The band continued to release new material with the singles “Echoes” in 2023 and “She Will Be Called Blessed” in 2024.
