About Forrest Frank
Forrest Frank is a Christian singer, songwriter, and producer who transitioned from mainstream pop success to a career centered on worship and contemporary Christian music. He was born Forrest Neil Frank on April 8, 1995, in Fulshear, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University in 2017. He first gained prominence as one half of the pop duo Surfaces before beginning a solo career under the mononym “Forrest” and later transitioning to his full name in 2022.
Frank’s musical style blends pop, hip-hop, and contemporary Christian music. He is signed to River House Records, Warner Music Group, and 10K Projects. His releases include the albums New Hymns (2023), A Merry Lofi Christmas (2023), Child of God (2024), and Child of God II (2025), as well as the EP God Is Good and the singles “No Longer Bound,” “Your Way’s Better,” and “Good Day.”
Frank’s work has earned significant recognition on Billboard’s Christian charts. He was named Billboard’s No. 1 new Christian artist of 2023. His album Child of God reached No. 1 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart, and the song “Your Way’s Better” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart. The album also received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album. Frank comes from a musical family; his mother, Kerryl Ann Frank, is a musician who has served as a worship leader, and his grandfather was the late American meteorologist Neil Frank.
