Evan and Eris

Evan and Eris are a brother-sister Christian R&B and gospel duo whose music blends hip-hop, soul, and worship. The group consists of rapper Evan Ford and vocalist Eris Ford-Ordenes, who grew up in a musical household in Colorado. Their parents both serve as worship pastors; their mother is a vocal coach and their father is a professional keyboard player. Raised in that ministry-minded environment, the siblings began recording music together when they were just 11 and 14 years old.

Their shared upbringing shaped a sound that merges contemporary R&B and hip-hop with lyrics centered on Christian worship. The duo has performed as an opening act for artists including Mali Music, Andy Mineo, Gawvi, and Derek Minor. Their recorded catalog includes the album Seasons (2019) and the full-length project This I Know (2022), as well as a series of singles released in the early 2020s: “Hands In It” featuring Mike Todd (2020), “Bad Energy” (2022), “Talk” (2023), “Paint the Sky” (2024), “Shadows” (2024), and “So Good” (2024).

Through their music, Evan and Eris continue to draw on their family’s worship background and their own collaborative chemistry as siblings, creating songs that reflect their Christian faith while embracing contemporary R&B and hip-hop styles.
