Evaline Muthoka

Evaline Muthoka is a Kenyan gospel singer-songwriter and pastor. Born in South Gem, Siaya County, Kenya, she has built a music career that is closely tied to her personal faith and life experiences. Her songs, which are recorded in Kiswahili, Kamba, and Dholuo, are intended to share the word of God, a goal she has stated as her primary motivation in music.

Muthoka released her first album, Tubuni Kenya, in August 2009. She has since added other albums to her catalog, including Amani Kenya, and individual songs such as Ololweny Yesu, Yawne Yoo, Commander 1, Anyuola, Osetimona, and Onagi. Her music often draws on her personal testimony, shaped by significant hardship. She has faced the loss of multiple family members, and she credits her Christian faith for helping her through those difficult seasons.
