Enkay

Enkay Ogboruche, known professionally as Enkay, is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and worship leader. She was born Nkiruka Gift Onuabuobi in Kaduna State, Nigeria. A soprano, she began singing at age ten in the Assemblies of God choir. Before launching her solo career in 2014, she was a member of the gospel singing group Tehila Crew.

Enkay is married to Dr. Timothy Ogboruche, and the couple has three sons. She has founded worship initiatives including the Pneuma Worship Experience and Praise Flame. She has also served as a judge on the gospel music competition The Spotlight.

Her recorded work includes the 2014 single “Yes, You Are The Lord” and the 2015 album The Kingdom Anthem. In 2018 she released the album The Bridge. She has collaborated with Kierra Sheard on the singles “Salute” and “Dependable,” and with Judikay on the single “Delight.” Her 2023 album is titled Declaration.
