She grew up on a family farm in Southern Maryland and began writing songs at approximately eight years old. Her path to Christian music took an unexpected route: she earned a degree in Homeland Security and played collegiate lacrosse. The turning point came when she started leading worship at a church in North Carolina, which solidified her transition into full-time ministry through music.

In 2023, Day signed a record deal with Fair Trade Services. Her early catalog includes songs such as “God Ain’t Finished Yet,” “Get Behind Me,” “No Smoke,” “Middle of a Miracle,” “This House Won’t Fall,” and “Midnight Hour.” She also collaborated with Micah Tyler on the track “People Like Us.” Each of these releases reflects her grounded, worship-centered approach and the distinctive warmth of her voice.
