Elenee Young

Elenee Young is a Canadian Christian/Gospel artist, songwriter, and producer based in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan/Alberta. She is of Greek heritage and a citizen of the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan. Young began playing piano at age three and writing songs by age eight, grounding her music in personal healing and faith.

In 2017, Young was named Songwriter of the Year at GMA Immerse, a recognition of her craft within the Christian music community. She was also honored as the 2022 Canada West Spiritual Artist of the Year. Her growing national profile includes nominations for both a JUNO Award and a Saskatchewan Music Award. Beyond her own work, Young hosts the Canadian Christian Artist Accelerator, a mentorship program that supports emerging faith-based musicians.

Young’s catalog includes the self-titled album Elenee (2024), the single “i don’t want it,” and “Good to Me,” a collaboration with Ricardo Hatfield. She served as the official national anthem singer for the 2024 National Prayer Breakfast in Ottawa, underscoring her role within the broader Canadian Christian community. Through her independent career, Young continues to release music rooted in her heritage and her faith.
