Crosscut Collective

Crosscut Collective is a collaborative ministry of Christian musicians founded in the United Kingdom by songwriter Methven Forbes, also known as Mev. The project was established to facilitate artistic collaboration among Christian musicians around the world, creating worship resources while supporting independent artists.

Methven Forbes previously served as a worship leader and music director, and his personal songwriting journey shaped the collective’s sound. The music reflects his own faith journey, with songs that are characteristically personal and worshipful. The collective is organized as a ministry that aims to support independent artists and serve worship leaders, with income reinvested into the ministry to further support those artists.

The collective’s catalog includes the songs “You Are My God” featuring Rachael Nemiroff, “Disarmed By Love,” “I Give All,” “My Saviour,” and “What A Love” featuring Corey Voss. These recordings were collected on the EP The Way, which showcases the collaborative spirit of the project. Crosscut Collective continues to operate as a ministry rooted in the United Kingdom, focused on fostering unity among Christian musicians globally.
