Calvis Hammond

Calvis Hammond is a contemporary Ghanaian gospel music minister and recording artist. He serves as the Deacon in charge of Music at Life International Church in Achimota, under the leadership of Bishop Gordon Kisseih. Prior to this role, Hammond spent eight years as the Director of Music and Productions for the group Joyful Way Incorporated, where he helped shape the musical direction of the organization.

In addition to his ministry work, Hammond maintains a professional career as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for eProcess International S.A. He is married to Kate, and together they have three children.

Hammond has released several recorded songs, including “None Like You” (2015), “Ma Jie Oyi” (2017), “God Is Able” (2017), “Franco Jam” (2018), “We Need You,” a collaboration with Xoli Mncwango (2020), and “Lala Hee.” His catalog reflects his role as a worship leader and a voice in contemporary Ghanaian gospel music.
