Bryan Andrew Wilson

Bryan Andrew Wilson was born on November 3, 1983, in Danville, Illinois, and began his professional singing career at age twelve. He gained early recognition for leading the Mississippi Children’s Choir in their rendition of “His Eye is on the Sparrow” in 1995. The choir’s debut project, A New Creation, sold over 100,000 units.

Wilson holds a B.A. in theology from Claflin University and has pursued graduate studies at Princeton Theological Seminary. He serves as a pastor at Freedom of Atlanta and Freedom of New Jersey. Describing his musical style as “spiritual soul,” he blends faith-based messages with R&B influences. He founded his own independent record label, Bryan’s Songs.

His recorded songs include “Turning Away,” “Overflow,” “The Ride,” “I Kept On,” and “Only You.” He has also released the albums Jingle Jams and The One Percent. Wilson has achieved multiple hits on the Billboard Gospel Airplay charts, and The One Percent debuted at number 18 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart.
