About Believin Stephen
Believin Stephen is the stage name of Stephen Brindle, a Philadelphia-based Christian hip-hop artist whose music is built on biblically laced, introspective, and doctrinally focused lyrics. He is the brother of fellow Christian hip-hop artist Timothy Brindle. Outside of music, he operates the label Gametime Recordings.
Stephen Brindle launched his recording career with the EP What I Believe in 2007, followed by The Perseverance Mixtape in 2009. He released the full-length album The Suffering Servant in 2010 and continued his exploration of faith and struggle with Battling Unbelief in 2014. In 2019, he issued the single "Brokenness" featuring Braille, as well as the album Glory Thieves. His album The Suffering Servant, Pt. 2 was released in 2026.
Alongside his music ministry, Stephen Brindle has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Pennsylvania and is also a nationally ranked powerlifter.
