About Arbour Season
Arbour Season is an indie-folk husband and wife duo made up of Shane and Emily Anderson. The couple lives and travels full-time in a converted school bus, often called a "skoolie," and their music is shaped by their journeys across North America and the personal experiences they gather along the way.
Shane and Emily met at an open mic night in Florida and began performing together at Disney World. They originally performed music under the names Shane and Emily before rebranding as Arbour Season. Their sound is described as ambient folk, built on layered harmonies and intricate instrumentation.
Faith is central to the duo’s life and work. Their songwriting draws from their travels, and they partner with ChildFund during live concerts to recruit sponsors for children. Their catalog includes the album Evergreen and songs such as “Rubatosis,” “How Great You Are,” “Come To Me,” “All Things New,” and “Utah.”
