Afy Douglas

Afy Douglas is a Nigerian-born worship leader, songwriter, and recording artist who serves as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Born on October 7, 1978, in Kalabari, Nigeria, he has been actively involved in church music for more than twenty years, building a career centered on leading others in worship.

Beyond his own music, Douglas is deeply committed to training the next generation of church musicians. He is the convener of Worship Life College, an annual workshop designed for worship leaders and church musicians. Through this initiative, he shares the experience and insights gained from his decades of ministry.

Douglas has released several studio albums that document his journey as a songwriter and worship leader. His catalog includes the album Savior (2018), Intro: A.F.Y. (All for Yah) (2021), and For the Love of Jesus (2024). Among his recorded songs are “Savior,” “Hallelujah,” “Amara Chukwu,” “Still Savior,” and “Do More,” which features Najite. These releases reflect his ongoing work of creating music for congregational worship and personal devotion.
