Mambo ya Walawi 24 : 16 Leviticus chapter 24 verse 16

Na yeye atakayelikufuru jina la Bwana hakika atauawa; mkutano wote watamwua kwa kumpiga kwa mawe; kama ni mgeni, kama ni mzalia, hapo atakapolikufuru jina la Bwana atauawa.

He who blasphemes the name of Yahweh, he shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him: the foreigner as well as the native-born, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.
