Yeremia 11 : 8 Jeremiah chapter 11 verse 8

Lakini hawakutii, wala kutega masikio yao, bali walikwenda kila mtu katika ushupavu wa moyo wake mbaya; kwa hiyo nimeleta juu yao maneno yote ya maagano haya, niliyowaamuru wayafanye; lakini hawakuyafanya.

Yet they didn't obey, nor turn their ear, but walked everyone in the stubbornness of their evil heart: therefore I brought on them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do, but they didn't do them.
