Basi vizazi vyote tangu Ibrahimu hata Daudi ni vizazi kumi na vinne; na tangu Daudi hata ule uhamisho wa Babeli ni vizazi kumi na vinne; na tangu ule uhamisho wa Babeli hata Kristo ni vizazi kumi na vinne.

So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; from David to the exile to Babylon fourteen generations; and from the carrying away to Babylon to the Christ, fourteen generations.
