Mambo ya Walawi 4 : 24 Leviticus chapter 4 verse 24

kisha ataweka mkono wake kichwani mwake huyo mbuzi, na kumchinja hapo wachinjapo sadaka ya kuteketezwa mbele za Bwana; ni sadaka ya dhambi.

He shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before Yahweh. It is a sin offering.
