Na wewe, Ezra, kwa kadiri ya hekima ya Mungu wako iliyo mkononi mwako, waweke waamuzi na makadhi, watakaowahukumu watu wote walio ng'ambo ya Mto, yaani, wote wenye kuzijua amri za Mungu wako; ukamfundishe yeye asiyezijua.
