Ndipo akawaandikia barua ya pili, kusema, Mkiwa upande wangu, na sauti yangu mkiisikia, vitwaeni vichwa vyao hao watu, wana wa bwana wenu, mkanijie kama wakati huu kesho hapa Yezreeli. Na hao wana wa mfalme, watu sabini, walikuwako kwa wakuu wa mji waliowalea.
