About Iron Bell Music

Iron Bell Music is a worship collective that grew out of a small home gathering in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2009. Founded by Gregg and Shelley Dedrick, the group is part of Iron Bell Ministries, an organization devoted to prayer, worship, and equipping believers. The collective’s music is built around themes of adoration and the character of God, reflecting the ministry’s core values.

What began as a modest meeting in a living room eventually moved to a property known as the “Iron Bell barn,” where live worship gatherings continued to grow. The collective’s debut album, God That Saves, was recorded live at the barn and released in 2017. That same year, they also issued the EP Fierce. In 2018, Iron Bell Music released a second full-length live album, Glory to Glory.

The collective has also released several singles, including “God That Saves,” “Belong to You (Enemy Can’t),” “Leave It All,” “Sons & Daughters,” and “Free In You.” Among the key members and performers associated with the group over time are Stephen McWhirter, Joel Gerdis, and Josh Glauber. Through their recorded projects, Iron Bell Music has sought to capture the experience of live worship in a community setting, staying close to their origins as a local worship movement.
