Mambo ya Walawi 15 : 5 Leviticus chapter 15 verse 5

Mtu ye yote atakayekigusa kitanda chake huyo, atazifua nguo zake, na kuoga mwili wake majini, naye atakuwa najisi hata jioni.

Whoever touches his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
