Kumbukumbu la Torati 21 : 6 Deuteronomy chapter 21 verse 6

na wazee wote wa mji ule, ulio karibu sana na yule aliyeuawa, na waoshe mikono yao juu ya huyo mtamba aliyevunjwa shingo yake humo bondeni;

All the elders of that city, who are nearest to the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley;
