Hukumu hii imekuja kwa agizo la walinzi, na amri hii kwa neno la watakatifu; kusudi walio hai wapate kujua ya kuwa Aliye juu anatawala katika ufalme wa wanadamu, naye humpa amtakaye, tena humtawaza juu yake aliye mnyonge.
