Mithali 17 : 5 Proverbs chapter 17 verse 5

Amdhihakiye maskini humsuta Muumba wake; Naye aufurahiaye msiba hatakosa adhabu.

Whoever mocks the poor reproaches his Maker. He who is glad at calamity shall not be unpunished.
