Bali wewe, Bethlehemu Efrata, uliye mdogo kuwa miongoni mwa elfu za Yuda; kutoka kwako wewe atanitokea mmoja atakayekuwa mtawala katika Israeli; ambaye matokeo yake yamekuwa tangu zamani za kale, tangu milele.
