Kumbukumbu la Torati 16 : 3 Deuteronomy chapter 16 verse 3

Usimle pamoja na mikate iliyotiwa chachu; siku saba utakula naye mikate isiyotiwa chachu, nayo ni mikate ya mateso; kwa maana ulitoka nchi ya Misri kwa haraka; ili upate kukumbuka siku uliyotoka nchi ya Misri, siku zote za maisha yako.

You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shall you eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for you came forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that you may remember the day when you came forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
