Pulpit CommentaryVerse 16. - I will delight myself in thy statutes (comp. vers. 24, 40, 47, 70, 77, etc.; and see also Psalm 1:2). I will not forget thy Word. That which is "laid up in the heart" (ver. 11) can never be forgotten.
