Pulpit CommentaryVerse 26. - We have seen strange things to-day. The strange things (παράδοξα) alluded especially to the miracle which, as it were, solemnly authenticated the sublime claim to forgiveness of sins on the part of Jesus.

Ellicott's Commentary for English Readers(26) They glorified God.--Noticeable as common to all the three reports. The precise expression, "We have seen strange things to-day" (literally, things beyond expectation), is peculiar to St. Luke.
